Wind River has you covered. In Linux deployments where security is a concern, the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) has developed a Security-Enhanced Linux (SE-Linux), a set of Linux security features that provide a variety of security policies, including U.S. Department of Defense-style mandatory access control through the use of Linux Security Modules (LSMs) for the open source Linux kernel. SE-Linux provides a mechanism to enforce the separation of information based on confidentiality and integrity requirements, which allows threats of tampering and bypassing of application security mechanisms to be addressed and enables the confinement of damage that can be caused by malicious or flawed applications. It includes a set of sample security policy configuration files designed to meet common, general-purpose security goals.

This SE-Linux capability has now been folded into Wind River’s standard Carrier Grade Linux (CGL) 4.0 product to quickly and reliably use these high-security features from the NSA.

Honeywell in Space Press Release
Wind River Aerospace & Defense Services Practice
Honeywell is pleased to work with Wind River in the development of our Dependable Multiprocessor. As space missions continue to become more complex and demanding, it is critical that the onboard computing equipment be built to handle the intense data processing and analysis that is required. As a result of the demonstration of COTS in the ST8 flight experiment, the application of Dependable Multiprocessor technology is expected to yield unparalleled benefits for years to come, particularly in the reduction of development time, cost, and risk of future space systems."
