Vinyasa Practice
Monthly Series:
- Regulating the breath
- Warm up
- Slow-motion flow from one asana to the next,
moving with the breath.
- We will practice two complementary sequences in each session.
- Restortive asana/relaxation
- Seated meditation

Tuesday morning: 8:30-9:30 am, and/or
Wednesday afternoon: 12-1 pm, and/or
Thursday evening: 6:30-7:30 pm, and/or
Saturday afternoon: 3:30-4:50 pm*
Fee:
$15.00/session. The series requires registration and payment for the whole month before the first day of classes. No refunds. *This class is $100/month.
